A geopolitical assessment in 125 criteria

Based on Christian Bou Habib’s book The Three Pillars of a Nation, this assessment lets you gauge how solid your country really is across 125 criteria — 54 strengths and 71 weaknesses. Your answers build a radar that places your country between the ideal and decline, and highlights the criteria that are under strain or collapsing.

The three pillars

⚖️ Law

A state’s ability to protect everyone through fair, stable rules that apply to all.

🤝 Duty

Citizens’ commitment to the community: responsibility, civic spirit and a sense of the common good.

🏛️ Identity

What binds a people together: shared memory, culture and a sense of common destiny.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the assessment take?

Allow around 15 to 20 minutes for all 125 criteria. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can take a break and pick up where you left off on the same device.

Is it free and anonymous?

Yes. It’s completely free and doesn’t ask for your name or email address. Only the country you choose and your answers are stored — anonymously — to calculate country averages.

How is the radar calculated?

For each criterion, your score (1 to 10) is weighted by the impact weight you give it. The result is compared with three benchmarks: Ideal (top score on a strength, lowest on a weakness), Decline (the reverse) and Balance, halfway between the two.

What is the method based on?

On the central argument of the book: a nation endures when law protects, duty unites and identity binds. Societies don’t collapse because they grow weak — they collapse when they lose their inner cohesion.
